Everybody rants and raves about this product and just about every single youtuber uses it so I thought i'd give it a try!

I purchased it about 3 months ago in the colour nude (as far as i'm aware theres only about 4 shades... the selection in superdrug was literally about 4 different colours and 'nude' was one of the darker ones)

So i used the whole thing a few months ago and really liked it, then decided to go back and get another one about 2 weeks ago. I got it in the same colour as before and decided this time I would do a review.

THEN I got home and opened it to use it the next day and the bloody thing was broken. This concealer you have to twist at the top for product to come out and it releases product onto the top of the concealer which is like a spongey applicator. The twisty thing was actually broken and no product was coming out and I was so annoyed! Trust me to pick the broken one.

I went back to Superdrug and exchanged it for one that actually worked and all was well haha. The concealer itself I would say is a medium - high coverage, a thick(ish) texture and blends really well! I do actually really like this concealer, the only thing that puts me off is the price. £8 for a concealer when I pay less than that for a whole bottle of foundation.. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

From the photos you can see that the before and afters are completely different. In the photo on the left- you can see the freckles above and on my eyelids. After the conealer was applied the freckles arent noticable atall and enabled my eyes to become all one colour and primed for eyeshadow which is amazing.. 
The second photo you can see the darkness under and in the corners of my eyes, but again afte the conealer was applied there isn't a big bag under my eyeball but it just colour corrected my skin and made it all one colour rather than there being big dark purple bits!! Sooo impressed with this concealer it did the job so well and I recommend it so much!Just look at the difference!

 

I guess if you really like a product you have to suck up the price and £8 really isn't alot of money- but i'm just stingey I guess! I would expect a concealer to cost less than a whole bottle of foundation and this concealer itself runs out SO quickly. I have to admit that's one of the downfalls I just think it does not last long enough atall and I don't know if thats because I use too much or just because you get a small amount when you buy it, but for me it just runs out within like 2-3 weeks! Apart from that though, adn the fact the packaging can be unreliable (aka my lovely trip back to super drug to buy cone that actualy worked), the concealer is amazing coverage and such a good quality, blends super well and covers everything you need it to. A definate must have!
